Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are generally final once access is delivered. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we handle such cases fairly.

Eligibility

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Have the legal right to make online purchases

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Refunds or replacements may be granted under the following conditions:

    • Duplicate payment for the same ebook
    • File is corrupted or unreadable
    • Ebook was not delivered after payment confirmation
    • Incorrect product was sent
    • Request is made within 48 hours of purchase

Non Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will NOT be granted for:

    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Lack of interest after download
    • Accidental purchase due to user error
    • Device incompatibility (if not specified before purchase)
    • Failure to read product description

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support via email
  2. Provide proof of payment
  3. Explain the issue clearly
  4. Allow 1–5 business days for review

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, including ebooks, branding, website design, and materials, are the intellectual property of Variable Concepts or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Replacement Option

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may:

  • Replace the ebook
  • Re-send download access
  • Offer alternative content

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject refund claims if abuse or fraud is suspected.
